WSSfS is used for schools to access communications, services, resources, reports and dashboards depending on your level of system access and the services your school/academy has signed up to.
In order to access the system an email address is required and whenever possible this should be a school/WSCC work related email address.
In some cases this may not be possible (for example school governors) and a personal email address will be used. If you provide your personal email address we will use it to send you information related to the services administered through this website.
In order to alter your contact preferences for this site, you will need to:
- Log into WSSfS
- Click your name at the top right hand side of the screen
- Click on My Alerts
- In the screen that appears you will be able to select the areas and the frequency you wish to receive alerts for
- Once your selections are made, click Save at the bottom right of the screen to commit them to the system
Your account will be deactivated (paused) if it is not active for 6 months.
All deactivated accounts will be deleted or anonymised after 7 years.
